Great reactivity from Verio (dun!)

The link was: http://www.ebayssecurity.net

So I checked a whois on the IP and found it was a dedicated server with Verio UK (the reverse DNS being also www.ebayssecurity.net -- I sincerely hope no-one at Verio manually put up that rdns). So I sent off an email to abuse and of course hours and hours later, the server is still up and running. And I can imagine that eBay would have also been trying to get this server offline too, but that does appear to be much of a problem for Verio. Great reactivity from Verio (dun!)

Is this how things "normally" happen in hosting companies?
