FTP not working when APF firewall starts

hello

I have a problem with FTP when I stop APF firewall I can access FTP
but when APF firewall starts no one on the server can access FTP

this massege appears


! Receive error:Blocking call cancelled

!Retrieve of folder listing failed (0)


I tried to change to Passive mode but the same problem
also port 21 is there on my APF config

In the past a friend fixed the problem for me, when I ask him about the problem he said it was mainly port config errors

but after I changed pureftp to proftp then change back to pureftp the problem returns again and now I can't content that person.

now I need you help me to fix this problem before closing this thread
