Changing the IP Country for a user
Does anyone know how to change the IP Country for a user? I'm currently overseas, and need to access my banking details and pay for some purchases using my credit card. Only problem, I can't use my credit card as I'm not in the country of issue. A real hassle.
Am using Windows 2000.
