Can't send or receive email - Need advise..

My box can't send or receive any email. I was check Exim stat, it's look work normal.. Was try to restart exim via SSH and WHM, it's restart OK..

But go into WHM in "Manage Mail Queue" Section, i found many mail queue in that.. and when try to delivery one. I received this message:

I have APF installed on my box, but port 25, 465 was opened.. and work fine 'til 2 days ago.

anyone can give me an advise about this case ?
