SSH through proxy

Hi

I am behind a company firewall and I would still like to be able to use Secure Shell (SSH).

Is there any way to run Secure Shell through our proxy server?

I tried putty with HTTP proxy option but I get this error

Code: 
Proxy error: 502 Proxy Error ( The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not allowed.
ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port.
Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests.  )
BTW, I use windows xp pro.
