Mail Accounts not showing up in Cpanel
We just had a harddrive go down on one of our servers. Luckily we had offsite backups going. We restored all the accounts onto a new server but there are some problems.
1) SOME of the accounts have bad passwords for mail accounts. We have to log in and change the password so the customer can send/receive mail
2) ALL of the accounts lost mail forwarding information
3) SOME of the accounts have problems with email accounts not showing up in CPanel, they are on the server by looking in the actual user directory. Customers are able to send receive mail with Webmail, even though it does not show up in CPanel. So the mail folders are obviously working. But the Customers can not use an email client to check their mail.
We ran these scripts: fixmailboxes, fixcommonproblems, fixeverything
Number 3 is most important, if anyone can help that would be great.
