For the old hats in this industry.
I've been following this board as a lurker and a poster for a few years now and have seen the rise and fall of differing applications.
I intend programming a suite of applications geared toward the webhosting industry beginning with a helpdesk and upgrafing to a domain management/billing management program.
What I am asking here is what featured you would like to see in such an application and what price would you be willling to pay for said application.
