Fraudgate--bah humbug
The product looks good on the surface but it is really is flawed. After a week of trying with no help from their support department (they blamed it on me) to get the product working I discovered the reason it wouldn't work was because you can't post results back to secure sites (https addresses).This seems inconceivably stupid since their own site is secure. No customer would want to put their credit card data on an insecure site (and I will let CDG know not to recommend them anymore for this BIG reason).
What a blunder for a "security related" company.
And their support stinks. 48 hour minimum response time. That means at most you can do 2 tickets a week. One saying "It isn't working" from you on Monday, Wednesday they will say "its your fault, we can't tell you what you are doing wrong" 2 days later it's Friday and they take week-ends off.
A poor excuse for a company. A GREAT idea. I was looking forward to saving some hassle on verification. But with no security I'll have no customers to "verify". And you get lousy support (E-mail only, no phone numbers) at no extra charge.
And did I mention that their documentation was...oh I forgot there really isn't any to speak of.
Maybe someday, but don't waste your time & money unless they can make it work with https!
