Any good Trojan scanner AND cleaner for WHM to suggest ?

Hello,

We ran the "Scan for Trojan Horses" option in WHM to find some trojan horses. Do you know of any good scanner AND Cleaner application that we can install ? We heard of chkrootkit but i think it only detects without repairing.. We are looking for something that can repair and clean as well. Free if possible.
