Looking for a speedtest to host on my server

I'm looking for a speed test program w/out popups or ads, that I can place on my server that will test both the upload and download. I'd like for it to test them separately or at the same time. Currently I've used bandwidthmeter from www.gambitdesign.com/bandwidthmeter/

It's great for testing downloads and logging them into a database, but I need to test the upload as well. Any thoughts?
