Error Message on HP DL-380 G3
I have an HP Proliant DL-380 G3 Server that has the Integrated Lights out card.
I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with these servers that might be able to help me out with an error message that is showing up in the Lights out card.
I am using Free BSD 4.9 as my operating system.
In the lights out card I am getting the following error message.
Post Error: 1785 - Drive Array Not Configured
Does anyone know what this error message "really" means? Is there something that I have fogotten to do or is the lights out card not compatable with my operating system since it seems that HP Proliants seem to lean their support toward paying O/S's like windows and redhat?
As far as I can tell I have done everything correctly and the array is showing enabled and configured when I use the smart start cd.
If i have left out any important information to help you work with on this question please let me know and ill tell you what i am able to.
This is a fresh install and its telling me this error right from the start after the O/S has been installed.
