Receiving this error on some servers today, not all, but more than one. I've got busier servers with the same setting in exim.conf that aren't affected. /scripts/exim4 seemed to fix the problem, but one of my customers came back and said that it has started up again. I haven't found any worthwhile suggestions for fixing this. Simply increasing the number of connections is a poor solution; more of a bandaid. One of the customers has the "Attempt to prevent pop3 connection floods" box UNchecked and is still getting the error.
I'll answer any questions I can. Please forgive this post, I'm going on about 2 hours sleep in the last day and a half and am not very coherent right now.
