basic email file size query with cpanel
Hi all,I have a problem.
I have a particular client who is a graphic design/ printing company who need to receive/send large files :: sometimes 8-9 mb :: but have been unable to do so since moving over to my current hosting . I would obviously not like to lose their business. Can I set a higher maximum file size quota for this particular client through cpanel.
They use outlook to send/receive emails. They use pop3 for incoming using my server and they utilise their ISP's server now for sending files. (Just got them using their ISP for outgoing now so this should allow them to send bigger files - well to whatever maximum their ISP allows.........yeah is that right - my cpanel settings should not affect the outgoings should it?)
Now just have to change the allowance of my clients customers sending larger files.
In the Mail Account Maintenance section of cpanel I changed the quota from 10mb 100mb. How is this quota flushed. Is it the total per day or what? What am I actually changing here?
Sorry for the basic questions. Just totally confused with this.
