Help on What the problem could be?
Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction on what to tell our host they should check.
Here is what is happening, we do reseller hosting, we have our own domains on the server as well as our hosting customers.
The problem is I can access the sites fine and have had others test and they have no problem. But then reports from not only our clients but customers trying to access our website are reporting the site will not load.
At first I thought it was just a router in their area down or somethign that would fix itself but the problem still exists and our host says they have checked the DNS and everything resolves fine.
What problems could exist if only some people cannot reach the site?
Any ideas?
