Setting up a reseller box

We haven't ventured in this direction yet, but we are looking to very soon...

We plan to get another dedicated box and make it for our resellers, but the question is how do you setup this box, so it won't show our name to there customers? How do you setup private NS for the resellers?

Is there a tutorial on this anywhere that will show a good step by step on getting a reseller box going.
