Spam....

OK im getting far too much spam into my sales/support/billing/personal addresses.

I really dont have the time to constantly update my spamassasin rules etc...

Are there any companys which will take my mail and clean it, while still allowing my servers to process the mail? (rather than me download my mail off their servers for example)

Also interested in something that would work for my webhosting clients too.
