Mass emailing question

Hello everyone, I have a quick question, thats probably very simple to answer, except I want to do it right the first time.

Lets say I have 1000 emails I want to send out, I have the list waiting, I dont want to send a giant email from outlook, where everyone can see who I sent it to (one of those giant emails with emails all over) But I want each email sent to be personalized.

example - emailed bob and andrew, but when bob receives the message I want it to say

from - myself@myself.com
to - bob@himself.com

not

from -myself@myse.fomc
to - bob@himself.com,andrew@himself.com

i know theres a way to do this, and programs as well, but I would like to do it at a mass level, any recommendations? Does outlook have this feature
