Question on possible security issue

For several months now a hobby site I own has been receiving a lot of hits from about a dozen porn sites.

When I look on the sites I can not find a link to my site.

I receive an equal number of hits from all sites.

This month alone I've received between 62 and 64 hits from each porn site.

Is this a security issue? Anyone else ever experienced this?
