Client Access Issues
I have a client from Japan who has several accounts with us. He is able to access all parts of most of them. However, with two of them, he can only view the site via a browser, and not FTP/Email/cPanel. I've tried resetting his password, doing tracert's, even used a Japanese proxy to connect to the server and it all worked Stateside. Any ideas on what might be going on and/or how to resolve it?Ian
