hi, ok so my server all of a sudden went down for some reason, I had the noc reboot it, and no i can't access it unless they boot it into single user mode. They are saying something about the iptables being corrupt, and the firewall preventing access, something like that, they can be hard to understand at times.. Anyway, I completely removed ipchains and iptables, there not even starting as a service, and the only thing left would be portsentry that is firewall related to my knowlege. Can anyone please help me out and tell me what I possibly need to change in single user mode that will allow me to access it from a regular bootup? Something to do with some firewall thing must be happening, or could it be my resolv config? Any help greatly appreciated. I've spent a 100 bucks in reboots tonight already.
