traceroute code question

11 xx.xx.xx.xx (xx.xx.xx.xx) 46.579 ms !<10> 44.597 ms !<10> 33.951 ms !<10>

This is the last hop of a traceroute. Does anyone know what the !<10> code means? The host is reachable and everything seems to work ok, but I'm concerned something may not be configured properly.
