We are experiencing an issue with SBC's DNS block list having one of our servers included in its list. There should not be any reason we can fathom that the server be on their list, but getting in touch with someone that handles the DNS issues has been difficult. Our tech staff did a search around the net for comments about this issue, and apparently we aren't the only ones who have run into this.
Anyone here by chance run into issues with SBC's block list, and were you able to reach anyone to resolve the issue?
