How to clean "F4keLive" virus on server

Hi
I have win 2000 server,All my websites default and index pages are corrupted and F4keLive gets displayed on the page.Then I delete it and upload the saved default file.
Pls if anybody is encountering same problem ,let me know how to delete this virus.
