Which email server software to use?

Hi,

There're alot of email server software, like Sendmail, Qmail, postfix, Exim, and etcs. Which one will you use? Why? Best if your answer will base on
1) Easy installation.
2) Support multiple OS
3) Easy to troubleshoot
4) Easy to maintance/administration
5) Support multiple 3rd-party software
6) Easy migration
7) etcs.
