My sites are mental-note. eugamers. com and pokemonfactory. eugamers. com (take out the spaces to load them, apparently I'm not allowed URLS until I've made 5 posts). They both run on SSI, but the server seems to have a problem with file extensions of 4 or more letters (html, shtml). htm files are fine, but html and shtml get DNS erros. because the layouts are all shtml, neither will load
Can someone help us? The server admin says there's nothing wrong with the server... is there a way I can get SSI to work with a three-letter file extension? Previous tries have failed, such as .sht, .ssi, .htm.
