changing the main domain of cpanel

I have a cpanel hosting account. The main domain linked to that cpanel account is a .org. I also own the .com of that domain. The .org is expiring in feb,05 and the .com in feb,06. I will be not be renewing the .org domain.
How do I make the .com the primary cpanel domain without losing my mail? I have about 150MB of mail in the .com account.

Let's say my hosting company creates another cpanel account. I create the email and can I then copy over the files from the old account to the new one? Wondering if that is that possible.
