Emails getting deleted automatically in IMail 8.05
We have noticed some problem with the Imail 8.05 server. Many of the clients have been complaining that the mails are getting deleted automatically from their mailboxes. We have tried to find it in the log files but we did not find any evidence of the emails getting deleted. Also the clients say that they have not downloaded any email. Initially I thought that the emails have been deleted by the client or have been downloaded. But as the problem occurred with multiple clients, I had to believe them. Has anybpdy come across such a situation. If somebody knows the reason and the solution, kindly let me know.
