cPanel bandwidth calculation mess

Hello,

I have very annoying problem with cPanel. I suspect it comes from a few last cPanel releases - each last release of cPanel has a few new bugs with bandwidth calculation. As I remember cPanel versions before 9.9.8 (so 9.8.x) wasn't affecteted, but it's impossible to way back to it.

Now I have latest cPanel for freebsd so it is 9.9.8-RELEASE_118. All erros are reproductive on all my servers. Also I've friends with Linux servers, and they are also affected by these bugs.

Bugs which I discovered:

- bandwidth usage showing in cPanel is different than usage showing in WHM>Reseller Center>View usage. IMO this is the most authentic bandwidth (showed in customer's cPanel).

- bandwidth usage showing in cPanel is different than usage showing in WHM>View Bandwidth Usage

- cPanel is sending email notices (80% bandwidth exceeded) when in fact account reached about 40-60% of it's bandwidth.

- account locking system has bandwidth count that is different in three above. This causes suspending random accounts. Our cPanel is suspending random accounts which reached 50-70% of their real bandwidth.

cPanel team doesn't care any bugs. I see many tickets with similar issues unresolved in their bugzilla. F****** cpanel.

Any comments, hints - welcome!

Regards,
sysadm
