Fix Bandmin

Hi, it appears bandmin has gone from my server for some reason. I can't access /bandwidth, and when I type:

service bandmin stop

I get this error:

/usr/local/bandmin/bandminstop: No such file or directory

How can I reinstall bandmin/fix this problem?

I am running cPanel 9.3.0 also.
