Server Rack Ventilation

I purchased a 42U APC server rack. It has four 110 CFM fans in the top that put out 42DB each.

Needless to say, this is way too noisy for the location where I am forced to put the rack.

Has anyone else dealt with this issue and found a solution?

I've looked at quieter fans but they are half of the cfm of the current fans. I don't know how much ventilation I will actually need. The rack has solid sides, a glass front and a vented rear. I am able to take the sides off but I hate to do that as I like the idea of closing the door and having everything neat and tidy.

I did find that there is a single 10 " fan available that puts out enough CFM but my cabinet doesn't offer a top for that fan. I'd have to make one.

I'm looking for suggestions and recommendations.

Thanks for your help!
