Slow transfer on IIS
The problem is downloads transfer is slow, for example, if a client with 512 kbps connection downloads a file the transfer rate is 30 kb/s, from a 256 kbps connection the transfer rate is 16.
But if the client download the same file via FTP (bulletproof ftp server) the transfer rate is normal according client´s bandwith.
I tried changing the nic card, disabling firewall, antivirus, on another ports, etc.
Another strange is that i also use Mdaemon as mail server on the same machine, and have worldclient (mdaemon´s webmail) running under IIS, and for example if a client download an attach from worldclient, the transfer rate is normal.
