Email Loss & Delay

On RH+Exim+Cpanel I seem to be experiencing delay and loss of email, after investigation I have found that when the email collection server (Mdaemon) in the office hits the email server every 10 minutes for mail collection and probably the mails coming in at that time are queued.

I come to this conclusion because all the pop3 boxes seem to be working fine but the Catch-All box experiences mail delay and loss. An email sent to POP3 & Catchall at the same time reaches the pop3 but catchall experiences mail loss.

What is a solution to this issue?? To have faster retry of queued emails?

Am I correct in concluding that this is happenning due to more frequent collection of email? Has anybody experienced this before? could it be something else to it.

The E-mail collection (Mdaemon) server has been checked and there seem to be no problem with it deliveries.
