Domains not getting added by HELM

It started automatically today and HELM is no longer adding domains to the system. When ever I try to add a domain it says "Unable to add new domain. Please try again or contact support."

In the log files it says:

Sounds this is some kind of a permissions problem. Has anyone got this error before and fixed it? i have been trying to contact HELM but no responce so far. So I thought to post it here as well.
