How to restore a full db saved with cpanel usinf phpmyadmin

It is easy to use cpanel backup utility on a remote server to save one full database to a local hard disk and then on another server I use cpanel again to restore and 'load' de local gz on the new SQL server.

Even the user prefix is changed automatically to suit the server user prefix used in the database!

locally on my computer I don't have cpanel but phpmyadmin.

How can I restore the full database I saved to a local disk as a gz fle using cpanel so that it is loaded into my home computer SQL server.?

(I have phpmyadmin on my remote servers and on my home computer but I use Apache on windows on my home computer where i just have phpmyadmin not cpanel)
