Problem with a script - phpbb

Ok here it is my problem. I have to transfer a forum from one hosting account that I have to my new server.
I tried to copy the database and then to lad the database on the other machine but the database is big (80mb) and there is no way that i can upload everything in less than 120 seconds (time of the timeout).
Anyone knows how can I face this problem?
