The requested URL could not be retrieved??

I just check my sites.. I am using Dialup internet. So i check with three connections but same problem i seen. It show following error. Can any one tell me is this my host problem or ISP???

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.***********/
