perl script has installed wwwuser in .htaccess cant modify delete from my cgi server!
ok where do i start.......? firstly i downloaded a perl script called commerce4 it is freeware....it came with a easy setup install.cgi
So i ran the install which went great i was all happy until i found out that the easy to install perl script had installed it with wwwuser/wwwuser as the user name so now i cant change the permissions using anything. i use cute ftp and core ftp so i can see the hiden files ect. i have tryed with telnet and also have puttytel nothing works keep getting a permision error. i tryed over writing the files doesnt work made a blank .htaccess tryed to replace it no luck
My host wont support me because its not there script
the place i got the script doesnt having any info on how to remove. Can some one Please help!!!Thanks dan
