resolving .info domains

have been having this issue for a long time .... and isp has no clue about it.

i have a linux server at fastservers.net, i am hosting a few .info domains there. however some ISPs in other countries cannot resolve .info domains on my server, but can resolve to other .com, .net, .org, .us domains.

does anybody have any idea what could cause the .info domains to not resolve ?
