Accunet Security Optimization have they an emergency support?
does accunet have an emergency support?
I ordered the security Server Optimization but afhter a reboot the server has going package loosing and failed contiunesly. I think there are some Bind problems. As now it's 13.00 afhternoon and about 05.00 in the morning for USA i had the server down for more than 5 hours and have absolutely to contact there support staff so they can tell me what changes they made to Bind so i can forward it to the NOC to fix.
Is there anyone know what changes they do and can post it here ? i have the server backup as soon as possible.
