Finding insecure scripts windows?
one of my friends has windows server , and some times his server load is 100% for few minutes or hours ! and in this time all scripts has problem !
Now my question is :
can one of his users useing insecure script !? if yes how to find him ?
if not what reasons can make high cpu load ?
