Tracert Question

What does it mean when you do a trace to your website and it can find the hops of your datacenter but it times out trying to get to your IP #?

Using the following site:

http://www.tracert.com/cgi-bin/trace.pl

Also do a ping on my sites at:

www.network-tools.com

which gives me a timeout at the next to last hop
