PC Building problems

Im having problems with my new system. Its really low spec, with low cost parts.

AS Rock INtel motherboard
256mb ram
ide 40gb hard drive
case including PSU
floppy and dvd rom
nvidia sparkle graphics card

Ive put them all together, screwed them all in.

When i turn the power on i see the fans move a little then stop.

When i push the "on" button at the front nothing happens.

The connectors i think are in the right spot, even according to the motherboard.

Arg i dont know what to do =\.
