IIS 6 crash often, plz help

I'm using IIS 6 with windows 2003 server. My machine simply is a PII 400, 256MB Ram. My IIS 6 crash alot. I have even installed IISDebugHang Tool from Microsoft, it never helped me in resolving this issue.
