i have a cent os 3.3 box running 2.6 kernel. whenever the server is hard rebooted (due to power, hardware config etc) it asks for root password for maintenence (which cut my remote access off from that point) after which a manual fsck has to be done locally to bring the server back up. is there anyway i can get around this?
