I have a server running CentOS 3 which I know, "out of the box", doesn't run with certain hardware. I would like to be able to pull the drive out and place it into a more advanced machine (without reinstalling the operating system).

I know that CentOS 3 won't recognise the hardware, but I also know that CentOS 4 does. Which package would I need to "yum update" to bring my CentOS 3 driver support up to date?

Everything I've read suggests that upgrading from version 3 to 4 is a really bad idea, I just want to update the driver support.
