zend and php problem !

ok , my head is spinning a bit , though to check out your opinions , i have upgraded php to .10 and ofcourse had to upgrade zend due to the incompatibility problems .
I finished installing and
PHP -V shows :
PHP 4.3.10 (cli) (built: Dec 23 2004 15:11:03)

Gooh huh !
But sites which need zend aint working , which includes all sites on a server am managing ,
slipping a peice of phpinfo()
reflects ONLY :

Any ideas ?!
