We have a packet loss of over 30% with our ASP server at a very reguler 16 minutes and it lasts for 1 minute. We are on 1Mb cable router (Cisco UBR900). The packet loss causes us to loss our ASP serveur and creates a lot of frustration. My ISP is at a loss for finding the source of the problem. Does anyone have an ideas as to what is causing it???
