Anybody knows this! Please help!!

Okay, maybe it is simple or not...
I bought an hosting account 3 weeks ago and they setup my private name servers and it seems okay now. But my domain's extension is .tr (im.gen.tr full domain name) and my nameservers aren't shown at this address:

http://registrar.verisign-grs.com/c...type=nameserver

But it is working fine in .tr domains. But I can not setup .com,.net,.org domains. They said "Your name servers aren't setup". Do I have to know anything else about name servers?

Note: I contacted my webhost manager and he said it was okay...
