High Load, SQL connection
I'm running on Dual Xeon 2.8Ghz on 1gb ram & 73gb SCSI HD. Hosted about 5 huge sites mostly very active web forums. SQL connection is very high as well as CPU usage.
Load goes as high as 10-30 at peak times when everybody start posting and some sites has 100 members online at a time while another is just a general site but has 1000 unique hits per day site.
Checking top, I found most are mysql usage. If I lower the max sql connection, this will cause my client's visitor unable to goes into their website. What is the best solution for this when you are hosting this type of websites?
My server is new taken this month and hosted only 20 accounts.
