Windows 2003 server: clients limited to 30 Kb/s per thread
Hi,There is something annoying on my Windows 2003 server.
Users downloading files from it via either http (IIS 6.0 running) or ftp (FTP Serv-U running) are limited to around 30Kb/s.
Yet if they launch a second thread concurrently it would boost up to 60 Kb/s.
I guess there must be a system wide setting to tweak since both Microsoft IIS and FTP ServU are affected, but I don't know which one.
Any ideas ?
